Cancellations & Rescheduling - Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Deposits - A non-refundable deposit of EC$25 is required to secure all appointments. - Deposits must be paid within 72 hours of booking. If payment is not received within this period, the appointment may be cancelled and made available to other clients. Late Arrivals - A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. - Please notify me if you anticipate being late. - Arrivals beyond the grace period may incur a late fee or require rescheduling, depending on the delay and the day's schedule. - Late fees are as follows: - 11–20 minutes: EC$10 - 21–30 minutes: EC$20 - 31–50 minutes: EC$35 - 51–60 minutes: EC$50 - Arrivals exceeding one hour may result in rescheduling. Hair Preparation - All braiding hair must be dropped off at least 24 hours before the appointment. - Arriving with your hair blow-dried helps to minimise styling time. - Water-based moisturisers are allowed before your appointment. Please avoid oils and oil-based products, and do not oil your scalp. Appointment Times - Appointment durations may vary depending on hair length, texture and head size. - Please avoid scheduling other commitments immediately after your appointment, as I do not rush my work.
