Appointments require a non-refundable R250 deposit for confirmation. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur an additional R200 fee. Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will result in appointment cancellation, with the deposit forfeited. Deposits are only refundable if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling after a cancellation will require a new deposit. All wigs must be pre-customized and clean; failure to meet these standards will lead to service refusal.
