Policy and Terms

Clients will be required to pay a 50% booking fee when booking said appointment. This is non refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will not receive a refund of your booking fee and the fee will be kept as your cancellation fee. If you no show your appointment you will be made to pay a fee of 100% what your appointment cost. Please ensure you have read about our location, business hours and services before hand prior to booking. These can be found on our website. Once the booking fee has been made it cannot be refunded.
