“Usually when I go to a salon I resign myself to waiting quite a long time. However, Mo had been really communicative, and this professionalism continued into the actual appointment. We started nearly right on time, and she was quick and thorough with my hair dye, which I love. My one concern is that for the small and nicely arranged salon, the smell of the dye chemicals got strong and I worried for Mo's nose! But I like her friendly and kind air. ”
