Policy and Terms
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. However, a mandatory, non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure most appointments.* This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Please note that this policy is in place to ensure commitment and to value the time of both our clients and stylists. Thank you for understanding! *Sisterlocks®, Micro Locks and Traditional Locks installation appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
