POLICIES & DISCLAIMERS

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and must be paid within 24 hours of booking.

* Standard Services: $25 deposit
* Boho Hair Services: $50 deposit
* Mini Human Twists: $100 deposit

Your appointment is not secured until the required deposit has been received.

HAIR PREP

Please arrive with your hair clean, completely detangled, and blown out.

If you would like for me to blow-dry your hair prior to your service, please select the BLOW DRY add-on when booking your appointment through my website.

If your hair is not clean upon arrival, you will not be serviced and your deposit will be forfeited.

If your hair is not properly detangled and additional detangling is required, a $10 detangling fee will be added to your service total.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided.

Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late will be subject to a $20 late fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance may cause you to be late, please contact me as soon as possible. Communication is appreciated; however, contacting me does not guarantee that your appointment can be accommodated.

SCHEDULING & RESCHEDULING

When booking, please carefully select the correct service and all applicable add-ons. Style changes will not be permitted on the day of your appointment or after your appointment has been confirmed.

Please include your desired hair color and curl pattern, when applicable. Be sure to read the full description of each service before booking, as some styles may require at least one week’s notice.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a new appointment date.

After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Last-minute cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may result in you no longer being permitted to book future appointments.

HOLIDAY & OFF-DAY BOOKINGS

Appointments requested on a holiday or regularly scheduled off day will require an additional $50–$100 convenience fee, depending on the selected style and the amount of time required to complete the service.

CHILDREN’S APPOINTMENTS

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of their appointment.

If a child is unable to sit safely or behave appropriately for the time required to complete the selected style, the service may be terminated. If the service must be stopped, 50% of the scheduled service price will still be due.

REFUND POLICY

All completed services are final and non-refundable.

If you have a concern regarding your service, please contact me so the issue can be discussed and a reasonable solution can be determined when appropriate.
