Natasha's Beauty Salon & Spa Policy and Terms: . MY TIME IS MY LIVELIHOOD. When an appointment is missed, I don't get paid for that time. If you're employed you're paid whether someone cancels a meeting or not. Small business owners don't have that safety net. A missed appointment = unpaid time. 20% appointment fee applies for No - show. 20% appointment fee for cancellation within 24 hours. This isn't personal its about, fairness and sustainability. Thank you for understanding.Thank you for respecting the time reserved just for you. Your support genuinely means a lot🩷. All services provided are subject to availability and may be subject to change without notice. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit.
