READ ME Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without contacting me will be considered a No Call / No Show. In this case, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. Please respect my time as I reserve this appointment specifically for you. If you are unable to make your appointment, I ask that you notify me as soon as possible. Repeated no call / no shows may result in being unable to book future app Holiday availability is limited. If I am unwell or unavailable, appointments will be rescheduled to the next available date. Please note that reschedule options are not guaranteed and may book quickly. Thank you for your understanding. I will send a confirmation text the day of your appointment. If you do not reply I will send a second confirmation code. If I get no response I will cancel your appointment. I will also do a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes if you don’t show up for your appointment I will cancel. Sets can take up to 2-4 hrs depending on design/length so please come with time. When booking please insert an inspo pic where it says “photo required” in case I need to message you on booking a different time or in case that design won’t be achievable I do not work over anyones work. I will do foreign soak offs. If you feel like you have anything wrong with your nails please let me know prior to your appointment, that way I can let you know if I am able to do anything with them. This goes for pedicure too. Ex: discoloration or lifting of the natural nails. If you need to cancel for what ever reason please let me know at least 4hrs before your appointment Please don’t feel afraid to speak up if you don’t like something before I finish your nails. If you get rhinestones and they fall off within 24hrs I will glue them back on for free just send me a text. After 24hrs I will charge $5 for every finger. If you chip, break or just loose a nail within a day or two I will fix it for free. If it happens after the 1-2 days I do charge $5 or more depending on how many nails are “broken”. I only do card or cash. I do not take Venmo and Cash App! I do not do checkerboard designs or flame designs. Si no recibo respuesta, cancelaré su cita. La cita puede tardar de 2 a 4 horas dependiendo del diseño/longitud, así que venga con tiempo. Cuando me envíes un mensaje, envíame fotos inspiradora para poder reservar a deciadamente. Si necesita remojar las uñas avisame cuando hagas tu cita! No trabajo sobre el trabajo de nadie. Haré remojos extranjeros Si necesita cancelar por cualquier motivo, avíseme al menos 4 horas antes de su cita. Por favor, no tengas miedo dejarme saber si algo no te gusta antes de que termine tus uñas Si obtienes diamantes de imitación y se caen dentro de las 24 horas los volveré a pegar gratis, solo envíame un mensaje de texto.
