By booking an appointment with Nailz_byLeahhh, you agree to the following terms: - ALL BALANCES ARE DUE IN CASH *** - A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required for all appointments and will be applied toward your service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be necessary for future bookings. - Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in a cancellation or a $20 late fee and a new deposit requirement for rescheduling. - No call/no show clients will be banned from future bookings. - Appointments requested outside of standard service times will incur a $20 emergency fee. - To maintain a focused environment, no children or additional persons are permitted during appointments. - All payments are final; no refunds will be issued. ** Repair Policy If any nails break, chip, or lift due to my work within a week of your appointment, I will repair them free of charge. Please contact me as soon as possible to schedule a fix. Once you leave your appointment, it is understood that you are satisfied with your nails.
