Booking ~A card on file is required to secure your appointment. ~Please arrive with bare nails unless you’ve booked a soak off or fill in service. ~No foreign fills allowed. Please add a foreign soak off when booking. ~Address and where to park will be sent out 48 hours prior to appointment time. Late Policy ~There is a 15 minute grace period. ~15+ minutes late, you will be required to reschedule a future appointment. ~Must give 48 hrs notice if rescheduling. Cancellation/ No-Show Policy ~Cancellations/Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. ~A 50% cancellation fee of scheduled nail service will be charged on card for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. ~Repeated no-shows will be banned from future bookings. Payment ~Acceptable forms of payment at time of service are cash, card and Venmo. ~Please have exact amount if paying in cash. ~Hawaii sales tax (4.712%) charged on all services. ~Also 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction paid by the customer for the processing fee used by Goldie.
