BOOKING & DEPOSIT:
• A $21 non-refundable deposit is required
($20 goes toward your service, $1 processing fee) Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable to another appointment if canceled.
•	One reschedule is allowed per deposit.
•	Additional reschedules require a new $20 deposit.
• No-call/no-show = $35 fee before rebooking.

PAYMENT:
• Remaining balance can be paid through website Pay OR CASH ONLY.

PHONE CHARGING POLICY:
• Charging supplies will NOT be provided.
• Please arrive with a fully charged phone or bring your own charger.

GUEST POLICY:
• No extra guests or children allowed—no exceptions.

LATE POLICY:
• 10 minutes late = $10 fee
• 15 minutes late = $15 fee
• 20+ minutes late = appointment canceled

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 25% of the service total.

To show appreciation for both new and loyal clients, every 6th completed appointment qualifies for 50% off your service total.
Please note:
• Discount applies ONLY on the 6th visit
• 50% off applies to the remaining balance only
• Not valid toward deposits
• Cannot be combined with other specials or discounts
• Missed/canceled appointments do not count toward visit total
• Must be used at the time of the 6th visit (cannot roll over)

CLIENT APPROVAL POLICY:
• You will be asked for approval throughout the process.
• Once a step is cured (e.g., color, design), no changes can be made.
• You are responsible for final approval before we move forward.

Please arrive with bare hands and no enhancements. If you need a soak off or $30 fee for a foreign refill , it must be added when booking to ensure enough time is allocated—failure to do so may result in rescheduling. Do not book your appointment on a time-sensitive day, as sets can take anywhere from 1.5 to 4 hours depending on length and design. Being rushed will not be tolerated. If your nails are damaged, attach a photo to your booking so I can confirm whether your desired set is possible.

Health & Safety Policy
For the safety of all clients, I do not provide services to individuals with athlete’s foot, nail fungus, or any visible toe infections or issues. If these conditions are present at the time of your appointment, your service will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. Please arrive with clean, healthy hands and feet to ensure a smooth and sanitary service. 
I DO NOT perform work on toe ingrown nails, calluses can be removed if they're mild to moderate. any kind of severe calluses will  not be allowed to touch! Please be sure to contact the CEO for any questions or concerns before booking !
