Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours prior to their appointment without incurring a fee. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. No-shows will incur an additional charge of 25% of the service price, before you can book another appointment. Please also note: I do not remove, or work on top of, products applied by other salons. If you have existing work from another salon, please ensure it is fully removed before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation and loss of your deposit. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
