~ Studio Policies ~ • Inspiration Photos Please upload a photo of the nail design you’d like when booking. Also include a way for me to contact you in your booking notes in case any details need to be discussed or adjusted. • Private Studio Appointments take place in my home studio. Please respect the space as you would any private environment. • Arrivals Please arrive on time with clean, bare nails unless a soak off has been booked. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment. • Cancellations A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If canceled after the 48 hours the booking fee will not be refunded, otherwise your booking fee will come off the end total. • Repeat Cancellations / No Shows Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings being declined. • Guests Please attend your appointment alone unless approved beforehand or both guests have appointments. • Removals I only soak off and remove my own work. Nails from other technicians must be removed prior to your appointment. • Scheduling Changes Occasionally appointments may need to be moved due to unforeseen circumstances.
