Policy and Terms

By booking with Nails Redefined, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Nails Redefined may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive a few minutes early to pick your color of choice; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; cancellations less than 48 hours may incur a 50% fee. No shows will be charged 100% of service cost.

Gel-X Full Set

Gel-X provides instant length and shape using full cover tips bonded with gel rather than glue. It is a durable, lightweight, and odor-free alternative to acrylics and is removed by soaking in acetone. Finished with your choice of gel polish. Good for short, medium or long extension length. Long +$5, XL +$10 *Add $15 if removing prior gel-x set

This is for a 2 week fill. At 3+ weeks add $5. If removal is required, full set price will be charged plus $15 for removal. Service may have to be rescheduled if there is not adequate time to Soakoff and do a full set.

Builder gel is a thicker, more structured type of gel used to reinforce and shape the natural nail. Unlike traditional gel polish - which is designed to feel and behave more like a long-wear version of regular nail polish - builder gel is formulated to add strength, support, and durability to the natural nail. Finished with gel polish. Good for short to medium extension of the nail. * Builder Gel requires consistent upkeep. Fills are typically needed every 2 weeks to maintain proper balance, prevent lifting, and keep nails looking their best

If more than one nail fix is needed, please note this while booking for timing purposes. Existing Clients Only Repairs are only available for nails originally applied by me. I do not perform repairs on work completed by other nail technicians.
