By booking an appointment with Nails By Vannah, you agree to our policy that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, you may reschedule your appointment using the link provided 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, in which case your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. So if the appointment is being rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a new deposit needs to be paid to book the new appointment. Savannah did an excellent job with my nails. I didn’t have a lot of natural nail to work with after having acrylic removed at my previous salon to start using structured gel. However, she still managed to shaped them perfectly, the cuticle work was excellent as well, and she is very friendly and enjoyable. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
