Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. In the case of a no-show you will lose your deposit and have to rebook a new appointment. Appointments not canceled within  24 hours of scheduled appointment will lose deposit and have to rebook a new appointment.
