By booking an appointment with Nails by Jos, you agree to the following terms:
•	Guests & Age Requirement: Only one guest is allowed per appointment. Children are not permitted. Clients must be 16 years or older to book.
•	Cancellations: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment.
•	Inspiration Photos: If uploading a photo for inspiration, it must reflect the set you want. You may update your inspiration on the day of your appointment if needed.
•	Late Arrivals: You may arrive up to 10 minutes late without penalty. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment automatically canceled.

Incorrect Bookings & Rescheduling:
If your appointment is booked incorrectly and needs to be rescheduled upon arrival, your deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling. This applies specifically to clients who book a full set but forget to add a soak-off service. This policy ensures that the proper time is reserved for your appointment.
