SERVICE REQUIREMENTS Clients must arrive with bare nails, meaning no gel polish, no acrylics or other enhancements unless a soak service has been booked. If you arrive with products on your nails and have not scheduled a soak-off, additional fees may apply, or you may be rescheduled. NO EXTRA GUESTS No extra guess are allowed unless they are receiving a service. This policy is in place to maintain a comfortable and focused environment for all clients. HEALTH AND SAFETY Clients with infections, bruising, or any health concerns should refrain from booking until these issues have resolved. I will not service clients with damaged or infected nails to ensure the safety and health of all clients. COMMUNICATION Clients are encouraged to reach out with any questions or concerns prior to appointment. Clear communication helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. ADDITIONAL FEES Squeeze in appointments ( last minute bookings) will be additional fees. Holiday appointment may also have extra charges. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Cancelations fees may apply. Please ensure that all add-ons are specified at the time of booking to avoid any misunderstanding. Send me an inspiration photo so that I can be prepared in advance.
