Policy and Terms
~If you need to reschedule please WhatsApp me directly up to 48 hours before your appointment time or use the booking link in your confirmation email. Any deposits will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. ~Cancellation of your appointment within 48hrs will result in a 50% charge of the service fee or if a deposit was paid then the loss of your deposit plus the remainder equating to 50% of the service fee will be charged. ~Cancellation within 24hrs or a no-show will result in a 100% charge of the service fee or if a deposit was paid then the loss of your deposit plus the remainder equating to 100% of the service fee will be charged. ~Future appointments will be suspended until cancellation fess have been paid. ~Cancellations within the required notice period will generate a refund of your deposit.
