CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposits are non-refundable and can’t be transferable. You would need to pay new booking fee if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

NO SHOWS/NO CALL will be charged 100% of fee before scheduling another appointment.

LATE POLICY:

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. You have 10mins grace period and you won’t be charged late fee. However, you will be serviced for the remaining time of your appointment. 

If you are more than 15mins late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you would need to schedule NEW appointment with NEW deposit fee. 

AFTER HOURS POLICY: 

You can text 760 509 6950 to request after hours availability (before 10am and after 5pm). After hours fee is $35

Julia was amazing! I’ve been gun shy for months to get a mani/pedi done from bad experiences and my expectations were exceeded! I was in rough shape and my hands and feet look amazing. She’s definitely “the one.” Very gentle around the cuticles, had the exact color I wanted. The best I’ve ever had!

I've been going to Nails Harbor for a couple months now and I am very pleased. They do a great job on both my mani and pedi. They are meticulous and ensure your nails are flawless before leaving. My nails are also healthier since I've been getting the Russian/Builder gel manicures. Everyone on staff is skilled and you will be happy with whichever tech you choose. 

Anastasia has a beautiful studio and has excellent customer service and nail care. She squeezed me in on a holiday last minute because I thought I was getting engaged. Thank goodness because I did! She’s the best!

This was my second time and they’re great! My nails definitely last more than 3 weeks and time and attention are truly apparent.

I had a lifted nail that always stood out among my other nails for years, to the point where I was thinking about surgically removing it (yes it was that bad! lol). Anastasiia and Victoria did an excellent job on repairing my nail, which gave  it a more natural look and discussed a plan for hopefully allowing my natural nail to grow out safely. The salon is clean and modern, My nail tech was very skilled and gave me beautifully shaped hard gel nails. Prices are reasonable for the level of quality.

I have been following her IG page since November and finally got the time to come for a mani + pedi combo. Anastasia is such a sweet girl, very professional on her job. It was my first Russian pedicure and I just love it. She took her time to make my pedi and mani, the whole experience is amazing. Please count me as a regular customer. Her prices are fair and the quality of the products are excellent.

Every time I come to get my nails and feet done I am provided warm and friendly customer service.  I can tell Anastasia cares about the health of the nails be loves what she does.  Going here feels like a wonderful treat to myself each time.

Very relaxing experience. Anatasiia took her time and was very gentle on my feet. For this to be a dry pedicure she got  the bottom of my feet so smooth like a baby’s bottom. I can’t wait for my next appointment.

Upon arriving I was a little optimistic but in new environment I don't adjust but I gave her a chance then I was like nope the down part of it was she was not like the regular salons where they prepare the water. But realizing the reason as she stated I understood. Her customer service was 5 out of 5. Her location was ok. Will I go back to her  ABSOLUTELY!

I just had the best smart pedicure experience with Anastasia! She is amazing! Very kind and gentle especially with the cuticle cutting since I told her I have very sensitive skin and oh boy was she so gentle but shaped my nails so well and my nails never looked this good!
