To provide the highest quality service, please carefully review and adhere to the following guidelines:

1.	Cleanliness:

	•	It is mandatory to arrive with clean, thoroughly washed hands. Hands and nails must be free of dirt, residue, buildup, or any gunk under the nails. Appointments may be denied if this guideline is not met, and your deposit will not be refunded.

	•	If you have acrylic residue or any leftover product from previous services, you must inform us in advance to allow time for a soak-off.

2. Guest Policy:

	•	Guests are strictly not permitted during appointments to maintain a professional and distraction-free environment.

3.	Rescheduling & Cancellations:

	•	For rescheduling & cancellations notify us at least 1 week in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Deposits are transferable to a new appointment only if proper notice is given.

4.	No-Show Policy:

	•	No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, with no exceptions.

5.	Late Arrival Policy:

	•	A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After this, a $10 late fee will apply.

	•	Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded.

6.	Change of Mind During Service:

	•	Frequent changes of mind during your appointment may disrupt the service flow. A $5 fee will apply for excessive changes.

Genuinely the best nail tech I’ve ever experienced!! She was extremely considerate and seriously took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted!! Nail prepped really well and you can really feel how sturdy her work is!! She was also so fun to talk to and the overall vibe was very comfortable (coming from an anxious person) !!
