If I show her a picture of some nail art or describe what I want Shannon works her magic with such precision and detail, it always amazes me how she can do such detail on a small area. Shannon is always friendly and puts you at ease, I look forward to my appointments as I can natter away and feel very comfortable doing so. She goes out of her way to fit you in even if she’s busy.
