- I require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel/rearrange your appointment. There will be a 50% fee if cancelled within 48 hours & 100% fee if cancelled within 24 hours. Failure to pay will result in no future appointments. - I no longer remove other technicians' work. Please arrive with bare nails or I will not be able to carry out your appointment. - I accept bank transfer or cash payment. You must pay on completion of your treatment & prior to leaving the premises. - Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are unhappy with your service please let me know during your treatment so I can resolve the issue. I do not offer refunds. - Children & pets are strictly prohibited in my home salon.
