Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. If client decides to cancel in the 24 hour window they will be charged a cancellation fee. Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled, and a $10 late fee will apply. No-call, no-shows , or cancellations in the 24 hour window will be charged 40% of the service cost, and the deposit will be forfeited. Non refundable deposit will go towards service.
