🤎 NAILS BY HAYLS — BOOKING POLICY Please take a moment to read before booking your appointment. By booking, you are agreeing to the following policies. ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. • Less than 24 hours’ notice — 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. • No-shows — 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. ✨ New Clients A £10 booking deposit is required from all new clients before your appointment is confirmed. This helps protect appointment time from no-shows. This will be deducted from your total on the day. ✨ Please arrive on time Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late arrival may mean there isn’t enough time to complete your chosen service or nail art. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. 🤍 ✨ Nail Art Nail art is now booked by time rather than by design. If you’re unsure how much time your inspiration will need, please send me a photo before your appointment and I’ll be happy to advise you. ✨ Existing Nail Product If you have product on your nails from another nail technician, please book the appropriate removal service where required. I may not be able to work over another technician’s product. ✨ Rebalances Rebalance appointments are intended for existing work originally applied by me. If you have significant lifting, damage or product applied elsewhere, a removal and new set may be required. ✨ Changes to Your Service If you decide you would like something different during your appointment, please let me know before we begin.
