Clients of Nails By Erika may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a $20 fee. By booking an appointment with Nails By Erika, clients agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
