Dear Clients, Please take note of our updated booking policy to ensure smooth appointments for everyone: • Cancellations: Kindly cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. • Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after this will incur a R50 fee added to your appointment cost. • Additional Services: If you require extra services on the day of your appointment—such as nail repairs, nail art, soak-off of previous work, or removal of another nail tech’s work—please inform me in advance. These services take extra time and affect the schedule for other clients. • No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a R150 charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Your consideration helps me provide the best service possible to all clients.
