Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. Appointments All appointments are by booking only. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling if it affects other clients. Payment Payment is due immediately after the service is completed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Design Inspiration & Service Agreement Clients are kindly encouraged to send an inspiration photograph prior to their appointment. This helps ensure Nails by Ambrosia is fully prepared to provide the best possible service and experience. All designs, lengths, shapes, and enhancements must be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment begins. Once the service has started, changes to the agreed service cannot be made, as this may delay completion. Nail Repairs & Guarantees Repairs are only offered within 48 hours of the appointment and must be due to workmanship, not accidental damage. No guarantees apply beyond this period. Health & Safety Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, infections, or nail disorders prior to their appointment. Nails by Ambrosia reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a risk. Aftercare Responsibility Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility. Damage caused by neglect, harsh use, or failure to follow aftercare advice is not the responsibility of Nails by Ambrosia. Mobile Appointments For mobile services, a clean, safe, and suitable working area must be provided. Travel fees may apply and will be discussed in advance. Right to Refuse Service Nails by Ambrosia reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service due to hygiene concerns, safety risks, or inappropriate behaviour.
