Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Failure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before scheduled appointment times will result in the loss of deposit.

Late arrivals will result in a shorter appointment time or the need to reschedule and the deposit will be applied to the missed appointment.

3 week is the recommended booking time between appointments. Any appointments booked at 4 + weeks may result in damage to the natural nail bed.
