Cancellation Policy At Nails By Abbie, we value your time and ours. We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness to all clients and to compensate our technicians for their time, we have the following policy regarding cancellations: * Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service. * Payment: By booking an appointment with Nails By Abbie, you agree to this cancellation policy. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the FULL SERVICE AMOUNT will be charged to the card on file or will need to be paid before scheduling another appointment. Please note that I do not infill any nails not done by me unless discussed beforehand - there is option to add on a soak off not done by me in my “add ons”
