DEPOSIT POLICY
$20 Deposits is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Deposits will be automatically transferred to rescheduled bookings made through the provided link. Failure to pay deposit within 24 hours will result in automatic cancellation. No shows will be blocked.  
Please send  INSPO PICTURE  at least 24 HOURS BEFORE your APPOINTMENT so I can make sure I have everything you’re requesting. 

ADDRESS is sent to the number you book with via text it’s your responsibility to read the text and view the address.

LATE POLICY 
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. A $10 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes, and appointments will be cancelled after 15 minutes with the requirement of a new deposit for rebooking. No shows will be blocked. No exceptions please be mindful of others. Please arrive with clean bare nails or book a soak off if needed.

REFILLS 
are suggested 2-3 weeks, Soak off are required after 3 weeks. Please be mindful and book a removal.

GUEST AND CHILDREN 
No extra guests or children allowed during appointments. My space is limited.

HEALTH AND SAFETY 
Clients with nail infections or illness should reschedule.  Fungus infection on nails will result in appointment cancellation and loss of deposit. 

LASH APPOINTMENTS 
Refills must have 50% or more after outgrown has been removed. In order to be a refill. Anything after 3 weeks will be considered a new set . Please book a REMOVAL  if you have lashes on that’s been on for (over 3 weeks). 
Please make sure to remove all makeup.

SCHEDULE 
My availability opens every month.
I do not work on Sunday, but I will work if you want Sunday appointment, squeeze in fee will apply. 
Any appointments before 8am and any appointments after 7 PM will be considered afterhour/before hours/ squeeze in 
$20 fee will apply if outside my normal working schedule. Please send me a message to book a after hour or squeeze in appointment

I came to Sara a couple of weeks ago for the first time and my nails came out amazing! Sara's customer service was incredible and she made me feel so comfortable, it didn’t even feel like it was my first time. I went for a refill today and everything was great as expected. My nails actually still looked really good before the refill. I didn’t lose any rhinestones, no broken nails, and no lifting. She has a forever client out of me!

Sara was so nice and welcoming! She has a beautiful private room for appointments and it was a great experience. Most importantly, my nails are to die for!

The room was very cute with a relaxing and chill vibe. The lash table was very comfortable with nice padding and a neck pillow. She even provides a blanket. She had snacks, good music and good conversation. She works fast. We started my appointment on time and ended it on time. I absolutely love my nails and my lashes. She asked me questions throughout my appointment to ensure that I liked everything and gave me the opportunity to change anything if I wanted her to. Definitely recommend!

Love love love my nails! Overall I had a great experience. The nail technician made me very comfortable; we had great conversation and I left satisfied. Let me add it was my first time and I'm already planning my next visit.
