Nailed by Trish is a professional nail studio managed by expert nail artist Trish, dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized nail services. To confirm your booking, appointments are finalized only after you receive a confirmation text. The remaining balance can be paid by cash or card (Cash App no longer accepted). Please book the correct service to ensure proper timing and pricing—booking a short set for long nails will not adjust the price. No children or extra guests allowed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation, and no-shows will be banned from future bookings. After-hour appointments are available with a $25 fee—please inquire. Deposits are non-refundable unless the service cannot be provided. Repairs after 4 days are subject to fees. Your time and mine are valued—thank you for your understanding!

Nailed by Trish (“we,” “us,” or “our”) requires a deposit to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the provided link 24hrs prior your deposit will automatically transfer to your new booking. Rescheduling is permitted once per deposit; additional changes will require a new deposit. Clients are responsible for arriving on time; late arrivals may result in reduced service time or forfeiture of the appointment without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at our discretion. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that deposits secure your appointment but do not guarantee specific service outcomes. We disclaim liability for any damages arising from services rendered. All personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
