Policy and Terms
🎀 Booking Policies 🎀 🫧A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable, unless the appointment is canceled by me. No additional guests are permitted during your appointment, unless discussed. If you have any questions, please ask prior to booking. The location and all other information is sent after booking. 🫧Cancellations & Rescheduling : Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Any changes made after this timeframe will be considered a late cancellation. 🫧Preparation : Please arrive with previous nail sets removed unless you have booked a soak-off service. 🫧Late Policy : Please be mindful of scheduled appointment times. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee added to your service total. 🫧No Call / No Show : Clients who fail to show up without notice may be restricted from booking future appointments.
