Deposits are non-refundable in cases  of cancellation within 24 hours or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. 
Once booking your appointment, it is NOT confirmed until you receive a text message confirming the date and time for your appointment. If your request doesn’t get confirmed your deposit will be refunded.
There is a 10 min grace period, once that period is passed your appointment is susceptible to cancellation, late fee or rescheduling.
