Please review the following policies before your appointment. These are in place to respect both your time and mine, and to help keep the studio running smoothly.
Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be booked online or directly confirmed through Shelby.
Services are by appointment only — walk-ins are not guaranteed.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
A no-call, no-show after 15 minutes will result in a full service charge.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $25 fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
Payments
Accepted forms of payment: cash, card, and Venmo.
Please note: card transactions include a small processing fee 3.5%
Nail Fixes
If you experience any lifting, chipping, or damage within 7 days, please reach out for a complimentary fix (within reason).
After 7 days, repairs will be charged as a nail fix service.
Health & Cleanliness
Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have open cuts, infections, or contagious conditions.
I maintain a clean, sanitized, and licensed workspace for your safety and comfort.
Social Media & Content
Photos or videos may be taken of your nails for social media and portfolio use.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let me know at the start of your appointment.
Respect & Environment
This is a relaxing, judgment-free zone.
Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
Please try to limit guests during your appointment due to space and to maintain a calm atmosphere.
