Policy and Terms
To secure your slot you need to send a R100 non refundable deposit which contributes to your total amount. No e-wallets or cardless transactions. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE FULL AMOUNT, If The full amount is sent, it is NOT REFUNDABLE. A R50 late fee is charged if client is 10 minutes late, If client is 20 minutes late, the appointment is IMMEDIATELY CANCELED. If any changes need to be made to your appointment please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. No deposit = No appointment. Please come with bare nails. If you're in need of a soak off please book one to account for the time it will take to do the soak off. You can only book a day before the appointment or days before, you cannot book hours prior to the appointment.
