A $2O refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

One reschedule allowed with 36 hours notice
Canceling within 36 hours or no shows = deposit forfeited

If for any reason a deposit was not collected at the time of booking, a $20 last-minute cancellation fee will apply if the appointment is canceled within the cancellation window or missed.

This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.

10-minute grace period after that, appointment may be canceled)

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early
