Booking Policies: - A $15 NON- refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. Appointment Policies: - Your remaining balance will be due in strictly CASH ONLY. - A $10 late fee will be added to your total if you arrive 10+ minutes late to your set appointment time. 15+ minutes late will result in cancellation/rescheduling. - I DO NOT offer foreign soak offs or foreign fills, nor will I work over damaged nails. Please arrive with clean hands and healthy, natural nails unless you have added a soak off/fill to your service and it is my work. - No extra guests unless you have discussed it with me first please! - You may reschedule with the same deposit one time as long as you are doing so at least 48 hours before your set appointment. - Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your original appointment will require a new deposit needed. - Cancellation with less than 24 hour notice will result in a $20 fee. Failure to pay this fee will result in no rebooking. - I will NOT rebook my no call no shows! If you won’t be able to make it to your appointment, lease let me know to avoid this.
