Booking • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least an hour before your scheduled time. If you no-call no-show, you will lose the ability to book with me in the future. • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be canceled or modified to fit the remaining time. I am always just a text away! You can reply to your appointment confirmation text at any time to cancel, reschedule etc and the message goes straight to me. Services • I specialize in gel services only, including Gel X extensions—I don’t offer acrylic services except removals. • If you already have acrylic or dip on your nails, don’t forget to book a soak-off. • Nail art pricing varies based on complexity. Please book the Nail Art add-on and send inspiration photos in advance if you have them. • I cannot provide fills over another nail techs work. Health & Safety • If you have a nail infection, open wounds, or skin conditions, I may not be able to perform your service. Contact me in advance. • I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including disrespectful behavior or poor nail health. Refunds & Fixes • No refunds are given once services are completed. • If you experience chipping or lifting within 5 days, a one-time complimentary fix may be provided at my discretion. Other Important Notes • No extra guests unless previously discussed. • Children must be supervised at all times. • By booking, you agree to these policies.
