•select set length , ADD ANY ADD ONS ! if you DONT add the add ons for shape , or bling you CANNOT get them at the appointment. leave a INSPO PIC  OF THE NAIL SET you’d like , wait on your appointment to be accepted . 

•when booking for a deal book within the dates of the deal for it to apply !  if you book an appt. during the deal dates before I post the deal dates it WILL NOT apply to your appointment ! if you cancel an appt. to rebook under the deal it will not be accepted! 

I DO NOT REQUIRE DEPOSITS !! I DO NOT HAVE ANY FORM OF ONLINE PAYMENT

* please use headphones , or be considerate of your device volume !
* please book accordingly I will not rush ! 
* please do not arrive earlier than your appointment time if your being dropped off , if you do .. you can wait inside but please give me time to prepare . 

If you have ANY allergies , sweating conditions or any health conditions that’s could affect anyone else or the process of completing your service  please do not book . 

if you are not feeling well as far as a cold , stomach pains , headaches or anything that would bother you will at your appointment please RESCHEDULE , I love to have my clients at the best ability to make a smooth appointment. 

payment policy : I only take ❗️CASH ❗️, I don’t have cash-app or apple pay .  I don’t accept any payments until you are in my chair ! please have the EXACT AMOUNT (I won’t always have change) ! stopping at the ATM is NOT an excuse to be late , go before your appointment time !

late policy: 
you are given a 10 minute grace period . 
-$10 after 10 minutes
-$15 after 15 minutes

( a fee will be automatically added to your service once the appointment is accepted, if the following applies ⬇️) 
- + $10 same day. 
- + $10 anytime before 9am or after 7pm.
- + $20 for appointments 9pm & after.
- + $20 on all holidays.
- + $5 for sunday appointment.

no call no show policy : if you no call no show , it’ll be an additional $10 added to your next appointment, after 3 no call no shows you’ll be banned from booking 🚫. 

rescheduling policy : you can only reschedule the same appointment 2 times before it’ll be canceled & an additional $5 will be added to your next appointment. 

cancelation policy : you can cancel up to 5 hours before your appointment time , if you cancel last minute meaning (within an hour or less) before your appointment an additional $5 will be added to your next appointment.
