Policy and Terms

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms. A non-refundable deposit of $100 TTD is required to secure your appointment, payable via bank deposit or online transfer. Please show your receipt upon arrival, and include your initials in the transaction description (e.g., Jane Doe*J.Doe). To ensure a flawless service, please send or attach your inspiration pictures when booking. We accept LINX payments. It is your responsibility to review our services and descriptions before making an appointment. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email; please check your inbox. No additional guests are allowed in the salon unless prior arrangements are made. Walk-ins and same-day appointments are not permitted; all bookings must be made through our official booking site.
