Requirements to confirm your appointments -you’ll have 24hrs after your booking time to pay a $20 deposit non-refundable that will go towards your service. Same/next day bookings require an immediate deposit. -Failure to do so will result in your appointment time being cancelled. Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. -if you are sick or unwell please cancel or reschedule your appointment. - please book for the services you want so sufficient time is allocated to accommodate your needs. - no one is allowed to accompany you to your appointment - If you’re unable to make your appointment please let me know in advance. - There is a 10 min grace period after the grace period you’ll have to pay a $15 late fee after 15 mins your appointment will automatically be canceled - 1 last minute cancellation you’ll have pay $25 rebooking fee - 1 no call no shows and you will be blocked from booking
