Appointments only – No walk-ins. 10-minute grace period – Late fees may apply. If no notice, appointment is canceled. Deposit required – Non-refundable, goes toward your set. 3-day fix policy – Free fixes within 3 days. Soak-off – Other tech’s work may require an extra fee. Guests – Allowed only with approval. No call / No show – Deposit is kept. Must reschedule with new deposit. After 2, you’ll be blacklisted. No knock policy – Wait for instructions upon arrival. Address will be released the day before. Valid ID required – Must provide photo of valid identification.
