In order to keep the spot you booked you MUST pay a deposit. It’s NON-REFUNDABLE ,  but can be moved to another spot IF you reschedule more than 24 hrs of your appointment time. Also the deposit DOES go towards your new set of nails! Please keep in mind deposits are only held for 30 days. 

IF you are 10 minutes or later than your appointment is automatically canceled and you will have to rebook WITH A NEW DEPOSIT!

It’s NON-REFUNDABLE if you miss your appointment OR cancel but can be moved to another spot IF you reschedule more than  24 hrs of your appointment time. If i reschedule for any reason, your deposit is automatically transferable to a new appointment, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you choose not to reschedule, you automatically forfeit your deposit! I went today to have my nails done for the 4th and it's my anniversary so I wanted to have cute nails 💅 Charlotte never fails me! She is the only person I go to and trust doing any kind of artwork. She's my lady for sure.
