BOOKING POLICY - Please read before booking. Deposits: A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes towards your final total and is non negotiable (unless I cancel your appointment) Please do not book if you are not able to pay the deposit within 24 hours after booking. Payment : Full payment is due immediately after services are rendered. ​ Payment Methods: Cash & Bank Transfer Rescheduling/Canceling Appointments: All appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours before the appointment time. This ensures the nail technician can allocate the appointment slot to someone else. If you reschedule before 12 hours, you will not need to pay another deposit. We allow one reschedule before the deposit is forfeited and it must be done within a weeks time. Failure to reschedule within that time will result in the $20 deposit not being applicable to any future appointments. Late Policy: We allow a grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive after the grace period, a $10 late fee may be added to your bill at the sole discretion of the nail technician. Alternatively, your appointment may be canceled/rescheduled(your choice). No-shows will be banned from booking, and your deposit will be taken. Guest Policy: No extra guests will be allowed during the duration of the service unless a minor is being serviced.
