Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time in order to avoid cancelation fees.

At NMnails we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. We understand that sometimes life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please take note of the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process for both you and your nail tech:
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees.
Same-Day Cancellations:
If you need to cancel on the same day as your appointment, a cancellation fee (deposit) of $30 to rebook will now be required. This charge will not go towards your services total balance. 
Rescheduling & Payment Requirement:
If a cancellation fee is charged, payment of the cancellation fee must be made before you can book another appointment.
We will not rebook your appointment until the fee is fully paid.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us continue providing quality service to all our valued clients.
