Deposits All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Deposits can be paid via cash or bank transfer to avoid the additional platform fee charged by the booking app. Appointments may be rescheduled once after the initial booking, provided this is done at least 72 hours before your appointment. If you need to change your appointment more than once, or with less than 72 hours’ notice, a new non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the new appointment. Under no circumstances will deposits be refunded. — Cancellations If you cancel your appointment with 72–24 hours’ notice, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged due to short notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, the full remaining balance of the treatment will be charged. Please note we allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being automatically cancelled, and the relevant cancellation fee will apply.
