Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is taken off the total on the day. The option to pay the deposit via cash or bank transfer is there to save on the additional platform fee of the app. You will only be able to change your appointment once after first booking in, this must be done at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you choose to change your appointment more then once / with less than 72 hours notice than a new non-refundable deposit will be due for the new appointment. Under no circumstances will deposits be refunded. Cancellations If you cancel within 72-24 hours of your appointment 50% of the balance will be charge for short notice If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show, then the remaining amount of the appointment will be charged for the extremely short notice. Please note that we give 15 minutes grace for all appointments. Anything over 15 minutes may result in your appointment being automatically cancelled and cancellation fee will be charged.
