My daughter was having trouble with her navel ring.  She has lost the top of it and couldn’t get the ring back in.   I messaged Neissa and she answered all of my questions and took the time to explain what we needed to do.   She told me that she would be glad to look at it if we couldn’t get it back in.    We scheduled an appt to see her and she was fantastic.   Always polite and so educated.   We were both very pleased with everything she has done for us.   Highly recommend

I had a bad experience with a piercer in the past but she made sure everything went as smoothly as possible and that the aftercare instructions were clear and to reach out if any issues were to arise.
