Policy and Terms
BARBERING BUSINESS POLICY 1. Refund Policy - Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show. - Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please communicate concerns before leaving the appointment. - For product purchases, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging. 2. Rescheduling Policy - Clients can reschedule their appointment at least 5 hours prior using the provided link. - If rescheduled within the allowed timeframe, the deposit will automatically transfer to the new appointment. - Last-minute reschedules (less than 5 hours before the appointment) may require a new deposit. 3. Payment Policy - Accepted Payment Methods: credit/debit, mobile E-transfer payments. - Full payment is required at the time of service. - Deposits are required for all appointments and must be paid in advance to secure the booking. 4. Punctuality Policy - Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. - A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After this, your appointment may be canceled or shortened based on availability. - Clients arriving 20 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show, resulting in a forfeited deposit. 5. Service & Product Policy - All services are performed with professional care and attention. If you have any special requests, please communicate them before the service begins. - We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please notify us of any known allergies prior to service. - Products sold are final unless defective or unused (refer to Refund Policy). 6. Natural Disasters & Extreme Weather Policy In the event of a natural disaster, snowstorm, or severe weather conditions, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty. If the business is unable to operate due to extreme weather, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and deposits will be transferred to a future appointment. If a client is unable to attend due to hazardous weather conditions, they must inform us at least 4 hours before the appointment for their deposit to be transferred. Refunds will not be issued, but exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis 7. General Questions - For any inquiries regarding services, pricing, or bookings, please contact mt_cutss@outlook.com. - Walk-ins may be accepted based on availability, but appointments are highly recommended to secure your preferred time. - We value our clients and strive to provide the best experience—your feedback is always welcome!
