MrBotangles Grooming offers a calm, one-to-one grooming experience so your dog stays comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. As a solo groomer, your pet gets my full attention throughout their appointment, with no busy salon distractions, unexpected noise, or rushed sessions. I do not use restraint during grooming, and muzzles are only used where absolutely necessary to keep either your dog or myself safe. There are no cages and no cabinet dryers — dogs are never left waiting around or dried in a confined space. Appointments are scheduled one-on-one to keep a steady pace and consistent timing, with clear communication before your visit. You can also pick up essentials from the small shop during your appointment, so there’s no need for a separate stop. You’ll notice a quiet room, minimal noise, gentle handling and steady hands at work. Your dog gets the individual care and attention they deserve from start to finish.

Policy and Terms

Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by MrBotangles Grooming. We require a £15.0 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window, and if you reschedule using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.
